For the perfect cool-down, Polaris, the world’s largest cold-water pool, awaits you – a 20-metre pool with thermal healing water cooled to 14–18 °C and an ice fountain for intense refreshment.

Around 120 complimentary experiences daily make your stay truly special, including aromatic infusions, sound bowl ceremonies and salt peeling treatments. Between sauna sessions, relax on comfortable loungers beneath palm trees, enjoy the 34 °C warm thermal healing water, or treat yourself to a drink at the pool bar.

Important information

We recommend reserving your visit online in advance, especially on busy days (weekends, public holidays and school holidays). Alternatively, admission reservation is automatically included when booking a lounge. The lounge can be paid for on site after prior online reservation using standard payment methods or a voucher.

Admission on a surcharge day (e.g., weekends, public holidays – see price list for details) is only possible with payment of the applicable surcharge on site.

A price guarantee applies for 12 months from the date of issue for the admission rate specified on the voucher. After the price guarantee expires, an additional payment for this admission rate may be required on site.

Multi-Purpose Voucher
This voucher can be redeemed not only for the listed admission rate but also for other offers from the voucher partners up to the specified EUR value according to the price list valid at the time of redemption. However, it cannot be used for food and beverage offers.

Cash payment of the total or partial value is excluded. Any remaining balance will be issued as a new voucher.
