Arrival is possible daily upon request and subject to availability. Higher room categories as well as bookings on weekends, public holidays, during vacation periods, and trade fair times are subject to an additional charge. The guest will be informed of the amount of the surcharge before making a binding reservation.

A price guarantee of 12 months from the date of purchase applies to the service specified on the voucher. After the price guarantee has expired, an additional payment for this service may be required on site.

Multi-purpose voucher
Instead of redeeming this voucher for the service described on it, it may also be used for other offers from the voucher partners up to the stated EUR value in accordance with the price list valid at the time of redemption, but not for restaurant services.

Cash payment of the total or partial amount is excluded. Any remaining balance will be issued in the form of a new voucher.
