With your personal reservation, you’re guaranteed access during your selected time slot. Especially on weekends and during Bavarian school holidays, we recommend reserving in advance to start your tropical holiday under the palms relaxed and worry-free.
Validity & Expiry:
Your reservation will expire if
- you do not arrive on the reserved date, or
- 30 minutes after the end of your selected check-in time slot.
In these cases, the reservation fee cannot be refunded.
Note on reserving loungers, lounges and suites:
If you have reserved a lounger in advance, you will automatically receive guaranteed entrance on the day of your chosen visit. An additional reservation of a spa entrance is not necessary. Please have your reservation confirmation ready at check-in in electronic or printed form.

- The reservation is voluntary and not mandatory.
- It is non-transferable and non-refundable.
- After successful payment, the reservation becomes binding and can no longer be changed.
- The reservation fee cannot be credited toward the admission price or any other services.
- The duration of stay (2h / 4h / 6h / day) is paid as usual at reception – in cash, by debit card, or with an admission voucher.
- Please present your printed or digital Print@Home ticket and a valid photo ID at check-in.
