How can the voucher be redeemed?
Reservations must be made exclusively by phone (+49 (0)8122 550 3550) or by email ([email protected]), stating the voucher code.

Arrival is possible daily upon request and subject to availability. Higher room categories as well as bookings on weekends, public holidays, during holiday periods, or trade fair times are subject to a surcharge. Guests will be informed of the applicable surcharge before making a binding reservation.

A price guarantee of 12 months from the date of purchase applies to the service listed on the voucher. After the price guarantee has expired, an additional payment for this service may be required on site.
